Refund policy
Mystery Scoops
Due to the random nature of Scoopie Scoops' Mystery Scoops we do not accept refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Dislike or dissatisfaction with items received.
Scoopie Scoops makes no guarantee or warranty that any of the items in the Mystery Scoops meet the expectations of 'the Buyer'. By purchasing, the 'Buyer' acknowledges and accepts this.
The '14 Day Cooling-Off Period' does not apply to mystery products where:
- Products are chosen in a random nature.
- The 'mystery' element of the product is clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
This exemption is permitted under UK law.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Contact info@scoopiescoops.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order with a description of the issue along with photos and/or videos of the affected items.
Replacements and refunds will not be eligible whereby the damage has been caused by 'the Buyer', either via accidental means, misuse or otherwise.
Scoopie Scoops reserves the right to update any of the information above.
