Order Processing Times

Orders will be processed within 2-4 business days of placing your order. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 2-5 business days.  If it has been more than 10 working days since you placed your order and you have not received it, please email us at info@scopiescoops.co.uk

You will receive an email once your order is on its way.

UK Delivery - Postage and Packaging

United Kingdom Only

Postage and Packaging is charged in addition to the product value, unless otherwise stated, and is calculated at Checkout based on the total weight of items in your basket.

  • Standard Delivery: 2-5 working days

  • Express Delivery: 1-3 working days

The delivery times stated above are estimates only and may be subject to delays outwith Scoopie Scoops' control, e.g. industrial action, seasonal demand and weather. If you have not received your order within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@scoopiescoops.co.uk

Free delivery may be offered during promotional events and is at the discretion of Scoopie Scoops.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Due to the random nature of product selection of Scoopie Scoops' Mystery Scoops, Girls and Boys Mystery Bookish Bundles and Mystery Jewellery Bags orders cannot be replicated. Please make sure to double-check your delivery address before placing an order. Scoopie Scoops will not refund lost orders due to incorrect address entries.

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address or missed delivery attempts, your order can be resent but will be subject to additional delivery charges. Refunds will not be issued.

PRE-ORDER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Pre-Order products are subject to separate delivery charges from In-Stock products. Where an order contains both Pre-Order products and In-Stock products, the items will be treated as separate shipments.

Any In-Stock products will be processed in accordance with the Order Processing Policy stated above. 

Pre-Order products will be shipped once they have been received, prepared and dispatched by Scoopie Scoops and will be shipped in accordance with the Order Processing Policy stated above.
